David Barlow joined the firm in 2008. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii and is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association.

Mr. Barlow earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Weber State University. While at Washburn, he was Student Editor-in-Chief of the Family Law Quarterly, a publication of the American Bar Association. He was President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Washburn Chapter, and a member of the International Board. Mr. Barlow received the "Top Brief" recognition for the best brief in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing.

Mr. Barlow clerked for Chief District Judge Gary Nafziger of the Second Judicial District of Kansas. He also worked for the U.S. Air Force JAG office at Hurlburt Field in Florida. Mr. Barlow worked for Bryan, Lykins, Hejtmanek, and Fincher, where he gained experience in personal injury and workers compensation law. Most recently, he worked in compliance at Central Pacific Bank.

He enjoys scuba diving, kayaking, hiking, and swimming. He is married and is the proud father of two adorable daughters and a son.
