He is well-known in the community for his legal success, his involvement in the Kahala Neighborhood Board for 40+ years, and contributing to a number of public service programs that enhance the legal standing of Hawaii’s citizens.
• Richard’s wife and law partner, Rai Saint Chu, has practiced since 1972. Richard and Rai have both been candidates and served in public office in Hawaii and each has held the position of President of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
• Attorney Janice Heidt has practiced since 1998 and joined the firm in 2009. She has obtained substantial recoveries for clients through trials, arbitrations and mediations.
